About Souvenir - 2008
|
Dear Pariwar Members,
As you are aware, Maheshwari Mahasabha of North America (MMNA) is
commemorating its 25th Anniversary by holding an International
Maheshwari/Rajasthani convention on a cruise from Florida to the Bahamas on
Jan. 3rd to 6th , 2008.
We highly encourage you to attend this convention and help promote both our
culture and values. Additional details on the convention, including
registration procedure can be accessed at http://www.mmna.org/
As part of the convention, we plan on taking out a souvenir and request you
to forward articles related to any subject which will benefit the
community/readers. The articles can be in Marwadi, Hindi and/or English.
We request this to be in word format and not to exceed one page. Please forward
your articles at the earliest to Pramila Duphare, pduphare@bellsouth.net as
Oct. 15th has been established as the deadline for all articles to be
received. There will be an anonymous committee to judge the content of the
articles, and their decision will be final.

| For recognition awards please send biodatas to award team- Narendra Zamawar narendra_zamwar@yahoo.com before Nov 1st. To be considered no age limit, must be present at convention. It can be in any category, ex. education, community service, arts, research, cooking, singing, leadership, inventions or discoveries etc. Award team will reserve the right to select the candidates.
