RAYS targets Rajasthani youths in the 15 - 35 age group, singles and married couples.

To be recognized as a national and international youth organization for establishing a platform to share and promote Marwari heritage and culture amongst our youth.
Objectives
- To establish a dynamic network that will allow youth to build friendships among young Rajasthanis across North America, .in the future extend globally.
- To explore and share educational and professional opportunities.
- To address the problems and concerns facing 1 st generation Rajasthani youth.
- To bridge the gap between Rajasthani youth raised in America and youth who have migrated from India thus melting cross cultural differences.
- To assist and to promote charitable community activities.
- To prepare Rajasthani youth to become successful leaders.
- To foster and strengthen regional chapters youth circles.
- To create an open forum for discussing our Rajasthani values, traditions and facilitate matrimonial issues.
